Statement Review Process Candidates will be evaluated based on their potential to support Caltech's commitment to research excellence and diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility. Statements will be evaluated by a committee of faculty members. Candidates do not need to belong to a particular group or demographic to be successful.
Research Statement - The candidate's potential for scholarly impact, based on a well-reasoned proposal, prior research accomplishments, and (SP) having the support of the PI, with adequate resources, to conduct the proposed research.
Contributions to Inclusion and Diversity Statement - The candidate's potential to support Caltech's commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity, and access, based on the applicant's experiences with diversity in research, teaching, and/or service as detailed in this statement.
